Fair Timetable

From Friday 18th October 2024, from midday onwards. There will be a contact on site to liaise with. 

N.B. Exhibitors will not be allowed access to the premises before 8am on Sunday 20th October for the Exhibitor Build-Up, other than to deliver their own light tracks/fittings. If Exhibitors are unable to deliver their own lighting on Friday 18th or Saturday 19th October, but they wish to deliver their light tracks at the same time as their stock, during the Exhibitor Build-Up delivery schedule on Sunday 21st or Monday 22nd and wish to then remove them at the end of the Fair on the Sunday evening, please bear in mind there may be a delay in installing and removing the lighting tracks due to high demand.

You must contact us to arrange your allotted unloading times for build-up on Sunday 20th or Monday 21st October and loading times for pull-out on Sunday 27th October.

Porterage assistance is only available until 6.00 pm on both Sunday 20th or Monday 21st during the Build-up.

On Sunday 27th October once all the visitors have vacated the premises after the Fair has closed to the public and the porters have delivered all the boxes & packaging material back to exhibitors’ stands. All stands must be cleared by midnight.

N.B. All stock must be in the Fair by 8am on Tuesday 22nd October, prior to vetting which begins at 9am; exhibitors are permitted to re-arrange their stands on the Tuesday morning, as long as they move a distance away while the Vetters are on their stand.

“Contractors” refer to standfitters, safe and display cabinet providers etc. The Contractor build up and pull out will be undertaken prior to the exhibitor build up at 8am on Sunday 20th October and after 10pm on Sunday 27th October in order to reduce the congestion of vehicles and hindrance to exhibitor build-up and pull-out.

Sunday 27th October:                         11am – 6pm            

A series of Talks & Tours will be held throughout the Fair.

All the talks and events are subject to final planning.
