From Monday 11th September the site will stay open daily from 8am until 7pm.
Exhibitors are not allowed on-site before Monday 11th September.
Entry during the set-up period is via Bladon Gate (OX20 1QB). Each Exhibitor will be allocated a time slot when their vehicles will be permitted on to site to set-up their trade stand.
Please unload the contents of your vehicle as quickly as possible and move vehicles to the trade stand car park to allow entry to other traders.
Traders must load-in from the back of their Stands to avoid poaching the ground in front of the stand.
On arrival at Blenheim you will be welcomed at the Exhibitor Lanes, please collect your Exhibitor pack including passes, from the welcome team.
For everyones safety, on-site vehicle movement will be managed by our team. Therefore, vehicle movement times are a guide only and entirely at the discretion of the organiser. Please DO NOT move vehicles on the show-ground until authorised to do so and please work with our team of staff and stewards, who will aim to get you moving as soon as possible.
Stands must be manned by at least one competent adult during show opening hours.
Please note EVERYONE must wear a Hi-visibility vest during build-up and breakdown. Build-up is until Wednesday 13th September. You will be refused access to site if you are not wearing a Hi-Vis vest/jacket. Hi-Vis vests will be on sale at the Exhibitor Lanes. You will be delayed at the Exhibitor Lanes if you are not wearing a Hi-Vis Vest. This directive is due to the site being classed as a building site during the build-up and breakdown periods.
Speed limit restriction across the site is 10mph, slowing to 5mph on trackway. Anyone found speeding will be asked to leave the site immediately. We do not tolerate speeding for any reason.
Exhibitors are NOT allowed on site before Monday 11th September without written consent from the Operations Team. If you do not have authorisation to be on site before the 11th September, you will be asked to leave. This policy includes third party contractors and suppliers.
At Stable Events we take sustainability very seriously. All the waste from the event is either reused or recycled in some way through our official waste disposal contractor.
Please note - The organiser will not take responsibility for any type of delivery.
Building overnight is NOT permitted for safety reasons. We recommend stopping build at 7pm, due to loss of light. Exhibitors must ensure that all staff (their own and those attached to a company contracted by them) are aware and adhere to the Working Time Regulations 1998.
On show days, under no circumstance will vehicles be allowed on site after 7.30am each day. This is a Health and Safety directive, due to the public being on-site.
There is only one Exhibitor entrance onto site so please allow plenty of time. Traffic builds extremely quickly so please ensure you allow plenty of travel time and arrive early.
You must be wearing the correct wristband to gain entry on to site.
You can pre-purchase additional Exhibitor passes/wristbands through the E-Zone. Last minute passes can be purchased from the Tradestand Managers or Organisers Office on-site.
Leaving the site during the showIf you need to leave the show before the site closes (i.e., before 7.30pm Friday; 6.30pm Saturday/Sunday) please park your vehicle in the exhibitor car parks at the beginning of the day and enter/leave the show-ground on foot.
